Prediction of Optimum Weld Tensile Strength Using Response Surface Methodology

چکیده
Metals are often subjected to various types of stresses, usually under tensile stress, quick failure material can be encouraged especially when poor combinations process parameters employed in joining the material. Tensile strength is regarded as maximum stress that a sustain tension. The aim this study predict weld tungsten inert gas (TIG) mild steel welds using Response Surface Methodology (RSM), with purpose achieving optimum results.
input considered were current, voltage, and flow rate. TIG welding was used join two pieces plates, after which test conducted on specimen. experimental result analyzed RSM.
Weld 596.218MPa desirability value 95.70% observed best, resulting from optimized current 120.00 Amp, voltage 20.00 volt rate 12.00 L/min.

Photocatalytic Removal of Amaranth Optimization Using Response Surface Methodology
Since Amaranth (AM) is one of the dye compounds which is harmful to human’s life its removal from industrial waste water would reduce their environmental impact and health effect. Copper nanoparticle (CuNP) is a simple and eco-friendly material which can be used to remove this pollutant. In this paper, copper nanoparticles were synthesized, for removal of AM dye. The experiments were designed b...
